REVELATION: Week 1

Have you ever read the book of Revelation?

Most of us have checked it out, but we get lost in the images and visions and don't know what to do with it.  Over the next several weeks we will open up the book of Revelation and explore how God challenges us in the letters that the Apostle John was told to write to the seven churches.  

This week we will explore Revelation 2 and the letter to the church in Ephesus. 

Fall Fest Fun

If you missed the Fall Fest last Saturday night, you missed a great time! The weather again this year was awesome (until 6:30pm), and it was so much fun to watch people get dunked in the Dunk Tank again. That has to be one of my favorite parts of the Fall Fest each year. Although it was also A LOT fun launching FamJam shirts into the crowd with a water balloon launcher too. haha.

• Sept. 6 – Fall Festival: 4:00-7:00pm 
  
• Sept. 7 – Kickoff Outpost Sunday School: 9:30am-10:10am, everyone in THE REFUGE (No Trek Night Gathering)  
• Sept. 14 - Outpost Sunday School: 9:30am-10:10am 
• Sept. 14 – Kickoff Trek Nights: 5:00pm-6:30pm in THE REFUGE
  

NEW IDEA

Ok, here's the deal...I have realized that i have a difficult time keeping the website updated so I have decided that I am going to try and use this blog through blogger.  If anyone has a problem viewing this page, please let me know immediately.  I am hoping this will help give me a bit more incentive to update because it will be a bit more fun, so we will see how it works.  I will try to update this weekly, especially in regard to our weekly messages with challenges or different observations the Lord has blessed me with or with some goofy anecdote (that's a story) that happens to me.
